Why has my media not yet processed?

MEDIA UPLOADS: If you have uploaded media, processing times will vary depending on file size, quality and our current server load.  If your uploaded media is being processed, you will see a gray icon in your Library that indicates that it is in queue to process or it is processing; once it's processed, you will see a thumbnail image of your media in your library. 

While you can upload media directly from your Library, our Pixorial Uploader makes it easy and convenient to upload your media without being logged into Pixorial.com.   Processing happens in the background while you can move on to other things!

MOVIE CREATOR PRODUCTIONS: If you've created a video using our "Movie Creator" tool and finalized it, it will be rendered into a high-quality final format in your Library.  Again, the processing time depends on file size, quality and current server load. You will see a grey icon in your Library that indicates that the video is processing; once it's processed, you will see a thumbnail of the video.

Our Premium customers receive priority processing on media, so if you are using a Basic account, you may consider upgrading to a Premium account for faster processing.

If you feel that your media is taking a very long time to process, please contact customer service and include the barcode (available in the "Info" tab on the right-hand side of your screen), as well as the operating system and browser you are using.
